Who we are

Started in 2022, Carbontec Inc. is the brain child of Nick Rich-Vetsch. Working for many years as a solid waste and environmental engineer in Minnesota, Nick realized the impact biomass to energy could have on the world. He found that many times he was confined by corporate structures at the consulting firms he worked for, not making the impact he knew he could. This inspired him to create his own company with his wife, Kylie, where he could work with clients on the problems and solutions he knew were the most important.
